Robert Jospe’ Express
Drummer Robert Jospé released a double CD with his new band Robert Jospé Express. Recording as a trio on Classics and as a quartet on Doin’ It Up, Jospé explores each project with a different focus.
Classics features Butch Taylor on keyboards, Dane Alderson on bass and Jospé on drum set playing seven classic jazz compositions that include “Autumn Leaves”, “Softly, As In A Morning Sunrise”, and “Tenor Madness”, with an infectious mix of styles from straight ahead to Latin and fusion. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KhqTfv86Gbs
