Mike D'Antoni

Mike D'Antoni grew up in New Orleans, where he played in different bands, including rock, pop, jazz and Dixieland. After graduating from the University of New Orleans in Music Education, he moved to beautiful Charlottesville, where he has been teaching guitar, bass and keyboards at Heinz Musitronics music store.

Mike continues to enjoy performing music; playing classical guitar at weddings and other events, singing solo with guitar, or with a combo. His new duo with Joy Kuhar is called 2 Wishes.

He specializes in oldies, including swing tunes like Duke Ellington's, 50's Rock 'N' Roll, and pop acoustic classics like James Taylor, Credence Clearwater Revival, Beatles, and Van Morrison.
